When a customer places an order, order details (such as recipient name, address, phone number, and order number) are automatically transferred to the cargo company's system via the integration.
Once the order details reach the cargo company's system, the shipping label and tracking number are automatically generated. The label can often be printed automatically, speeding up the packaging process.
The cargo company logs every stage of the package (collection, distribution, central distribution, delivery) in the system. The integration also supports the return process, automatically generating the return label and shipment details when a customer requests a return.
