When a customer places an order, the order details (recipient’s name, address, phone number, and order number) are automatically transferred to the cargo company’s system.
Once the order information reaches the cargo company’s system, a shipping label and tracking number are automatically generated. The label can usually be printed automatically, speeding up the packaging process.
The cargo company logs every stage of the package (pickup, distribution, central sorting, delivery) in the system. The integration also supports the return system. When a customer requests a return, the shipping label and shipping details are automatically generated.
