When a customer places an order, order details (such as recipient name, address, phone number, and order number) are automatically transferred to the cargo company’s system via the integration.
Once the order details reach the cargo company’s system, the shipping label and tracking number are automatically generated. The label can usually be printed automatically, speeding up the packaging process.
The cargo company records every stage of the package (pickup, distribution, central sorting, delivery) in the system. The integration also supports the return process. When the customer requests a return, the shipping label and shipping information are automatically generated.
